Cons:Staff is unhelpful and abrasive
Pros:The staff member who ran the breakfast area was stellar. She was the only good thing at this establishment.
Cons:We’ve use the Hampton Inn Irvine East for conferences for over 10 years. Never again! I paid for this through the app. We had 3 rooms for 5 nights. On the fifth night a key wouldn’t work. The staff said that this room was only booked for 4. We showed them the receipt and they released the room. They then charged my card an “incidental “ fee of $85... twice. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. Maid service didn’t even come daily. Super disappointed.
Pros:All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good with great choices. Close to beaches.
Pros:We were able to get a refund but going through all that late in the day and tired made for an awful ordeal!
Cons:The hotels lobby and select rooms were being renovated; our room was right off the lobby and next to a room that was being renovated. It's obvious that they give your customers the worst possible room! I would never stay there and highly recommend that the hotel be removed from your list. It was a terrible experience!
