Pros:Nothing I like about FOXCons:FOX caused me so many porblems of my driver license issue. It ended up they jacked up the price of 3 days rental to 600 USD and convint me to purchase the rental. Eventually I walked to the next door , THRIFTY, and Thrifty didn’t give me any problem. They also offer me a decent deal. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FOX AGAINReviewed Feb 3 2020

Pros:San Diego dropoff was quick and convenient—the exact opposite of pick up at LAX which was horribleCons:Desk agent and signing in on a tiny screen made for it to be easy to charge me for insurance I didn’t want or need. Pros:The staff was horrible, almost racist!!Cons:Remove Fox from your network. They gave me a car that was old, scratched everywhere with no options and very high mileage >44000 mile! I never rented a car with this high mileage! This was my worst rental experience ever that I had to return the car after 5 mins of leaving the office! My 2013 Mazda was much better. They just ruined my surprise to my niece and nephew who were visiting from Georgia for the first time and wasted our time that we couldn’t do anything on NYE!! Also, I have chosen to get insurance with my booking but the rude staff couldn’t find it and asked me to py an additional $150 to get it. I checked my transactions and found that I got Allianz insurance with the rental for $66 but it didn’t show up. I did NOT get full refund even though I returned the car less than 5 mins after leaving the office and that insurance wasn’t refunded!!!!Reviewed Jan 6 2020
