Pros:They send a replacement car after I spent 1 hour on the phone
Cons:The pickup service was really bad, I had a Large size SUV scheduled to pick up at 5pm, we arrive at 6pm and at 7:20pm finally got a car with smashed right side mirror!!! No one knew what is going on, they had no other car for me, it was a mess!!!! I took that car as I they guys told me that this is all he has and he doesn't know how long it will take to get a different car!!!! The I sent an email to customer care, as well as called and spoke to someone the following day, it was a struggle, but eventually they came through and sent me a replacement car! Ten return was backed up to the street, and my luck we made it to our flight! Never again FOX rental pay a bit more but save the headache!!!

Pros:The drop off process was pretty easy and quick, however they don't open until 5:00 AM and the first shuttle didn't leave for LAX until 5:30 and we almost missed our flight.
Cons:The LAX Fox car rental main office is standard..nothing special. However after you check in and go to the car garage it's gross.. We had to wait 45 minutes for a " clean" car. The first one they offered us smelled like pot so bad...like as if someone sat in there and hot boxed it for hours...There's no way the people who detail the car couldn't have smelled it. Not the car I want to go pick up my grand parents in. When we told them we would need a different car they were very rude about it. When the next car pulled up in about 10 minutes they just pointed and said " There"...I said " Do you need my paperwork, or for me to sign" and they didn't answer. It was 111 degrees that day and waiting in that garage for almost an hour for a car was brutal enough without the extra drama. Will never go with Fox out of LAX again.
Cons:Cars have tons of scratches all over. Make sure you mark those scratches on the pieces of papers that are located inside of the vehicle so you won’t be responsible for any of them. Cars are so dirty inside. Also make sure to note that in the lives of paper inside of the vehicle. Car seats are wet and smelly from that “cleaning” they made to “sanitize” the vehicle. Front desk “manager” an Asian mix guy is kinda rude and judgmental about lgbtq people. I hope Fox can train their front desk personal for this. Also, you must ask them if the vehicle is in good condition and has been serviced because the car I had to call them cuz car battery stopped working I couldn’t move the car for oven one hour :( stayed waiting for AAA in a shopping center and they made me return the vehicle to the station to give me another vehicle :( just a waste of time and energy :(
Pros:The drop off was very easy.
Cons:We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the rental location. Other rental company shuttles came by at least 5 times before Fox did. When we arrived at the rental location there were about 15 people in line with only 3 representatives processing the rentals. There were about 6 people in front of us. It took about another 30 minutes for those 6 people to be helped. It was late and we were tired. The whole time I kept thinking I should have gone through National or Hertz.
Cons:Not sure how I ended up with $30 a day insurance mark up. It definitely was not a clear understanding and an unpleasant surprise after reviewing my receipt.
Cons:Hire more people for drop off in lax
Cons:The picture of the car I've rented and the one proposed for me was different. They have to avoid misguiding pictures during online reservations.
Cons:I missed my flight because they only open at 5am
