half the staff was friendly the location was great lots of room in the room
i understand i ordered a smoking room but the smell was overpowering even for a veteran smoker the night staff not to friendly
I was booking a hotel in buffalo, wyoming and ended up getting the room booked in Gilette, wyoming.
Great bed!!!! very comfortable!
only 2 tables to eat at for breakfast.
Noisy, I would spend a few extra dollars and stay someplace else in the future.
Location, that's about it.
We got there and they did not have our registration. Luckily I had made a copy of it. It took a while to check in. I'm not to sure we will stay there again.
Close to the highway.
The morning receptionist was less than cheerful.
The bed was great!
The breakfast was not good. The waffle machine was not working and the mixture had a sour taste. Very small area with not room to move and have people sit.
Location was good.
The front desk person put us in a room that was obviously not a room for the public. It was a run-down room with personal items in the closet. It was disgusting! We complained and only then did the front desk person give us another room.
The staff seemed annoyed and was not really friendly. The rooms had an odd smell. The breakfast room was a bit small.
