The hotel itself was very clean and bright. We were booked into the very front room, Room 101, which felt a little weird because we were so close to the front desk. We have never stayed in a room so close to the lobby before. But the outside noise was very minimal. The room was clean, bed was nice. However, the TV remote control was a little quirky. Just pushing Up/Down on the remote would scan through channels 7.1 or 7.2 or 16.1 and 16.2, etc. Some channels had 'no signal'. So it was a surprising 'task' that we had to memorize the channel listing from the in-room guide. In comparison, TVs in Vegas hotels have no 'blank' channels. Every TV channel has some sort of program on.... or even the channel Guide on Channel-1. I hope that makes sense. We weren't able to try out the complimentary breakfast.
Location. Clean. Nice rooms.
Machine room made substantial noise. My room was next to it, and I was awakened by the noise at 4:45am. Also, the breakfast wasn't good.
Friendly folks at the front desk. Courteous and helpful.
The room was large enough and quiet.
Hotel and rooms are nice, new, and clean. Tall ceilings in the rooms, which are big for a hotel like this. Breakfast is decent. We've stayed here twice, for five nights each time, while visiting family in Azusa. The only cons we've seen are that the hotel room windows look out over an auto repair shop, and what looks suspiciously like a chop shop. The view is not scenic. Also, on our second stay, we could not get a reliable wireless internet connection. It must be better in some rooms than others. Still the best thing going in the area, though.
We stayed here en route a central CA visit from Phoenix. Though away from I-10 by 1 1/2 miles, it was well worth the drive. No freeway noise. Large, comfortable rooms, firm bed (I liked, husband didn't so much), good complimentary breakfast with hot waffles, excellent staff, large bathroom, well apportioned decoration of the Inn. We would stay again.
Clean, roomy, nice, and reasonable.
I was unable to sleep due to the hard bed and high hard pillows. I complained to the desk and was told there was nothing they could do. It was like sleeping on a board. The hotel is close to family and we were excited to have a new hotel to stay in. Not worth the money.
