Oruc and Serdar were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for accessing Kapadokya and Goreme. No frills or touristy overkill.
Easy walking distance to center of town.
Rooms were damp and not cleaned regularly. Uncertainty about charges for extras such as they wanted to charge me for a glass of wine from a bottle I brought to the table.
The owners attempting to profiteer from every booking you attempted to make. From transfers to hot air balloon rides they hike up the price. Can't necessarily blame them however worth heading into centre of town and negotiaiting your best price.
The friendliness of the staff
Good location in a quaint cave hotel.
The room smelled a little damp and musty, not sure if all "cave rooms" smell like this or if this was at this hotel. The breakfast was decent, but there were a lot of bees and flies buzzing around on the rooftop.
