Caravanserai Cave Hotel

The staff was incredibly helpful. The hosts were very helpful. Furqan was amazing. The staff is really nice and helpful. They arranged the tours and the transfer from the airport for us, so our trip was worry-free. The staff were very helpful in organising excursions. Location was very central and breakfast was really good and had quite a nice variety.

Sleep spoilt by the excessively loud call to prayer at 4am every morning. It is not real cave hotel. In general, one way where the Hotel could improve is in the cleaning state of the bathroom, specifically the shower and the sink. In addition, we experienced that 2 of our 4 days there was not hot water in the morning, which was necessary as it was already during cold season. Too little options for breakfast! Cleanliness of the room and the general areas. We're not smokers and there were cigarette butts everywhere (Turkey seems to have a general problem).

The location of the hotel is perfect. In the city centre and really close to the main city, near stores and restaurants. The location is very good. it is located close to city centre. Pigeon valley, sunset point, open air musuem are within walking distance. The premises are clean and staff are friendly. Central position in Goreme. The location is great, in the center of the town, the rooms were fair, and staff helped a lot with transportation from and to the airport. The property was in the centre of the town goreme and was easy approaching to all the places since the Bus station , taxi station all were at the walking distance.

Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The breakfast offered was unimpressive and could have been much better. The bathrooms and regular rooms could do with a little upgrade. A dehumidifier in the cave rooms would be helpful. Breakfast options were minimal but tasty. Cave rooms offer a good experience. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Breakfast with few options. The breakfast was very very minimal, we asked the chef there twice to make us eggs but he said " it will take a long time” although we saw him serving another guest.

The hosts were very helpul. Furqan was amazing. He helped us with everything. Food recommendations, midnight doctor emergency and other activities. Airport shuttle (surcharge) is available. Free parking is offered. Very best location friendly staff, possibility to park moto on the yard. Perfect location for balloon watching. If you're coming by car, bear in mind you won't have a designated spot for yourself and may need to look for a spot in the narrow one-way streets 1 or 2 mins away, but this is probably the case for most of the budget hotels.
