Pros (+) Very convenient location. Clean, except for that odor. Pets are allowed so that may have been the issue from a previous guest. Free breakfast if typical fare but very good.
Cons (-) Room had a canine odor. One day I woke up to several gnats congregated in the bathroom sink. The place appeared very clean but the odors were off putting.
