We are in the heart of downtown Hamburg, not far away from the main station from where you can be easily connected to any corner and to any sight and monument in our town. In some minutes you will reach the biggest shopping mile of Hamburg and the Alster, which is a tourist cal attraction and where you can spend time and enjoy a coffee in one of the counters coffees. Come and experience by yourself such a metropolitan city. All rooms were completely reconditioned in the middle of 2003 and again equipped.

The Residence am Hauptbahnhof is located in the heart of central Hamburg, a few steps away from the main station, and only minutes from the picturesque Alster and the shopping streets. Beds and carpets are new throughout, giving this hotel a sparklingly fresh feel. Rooms feature cable telephone, en suite shower facilities, hairdryer and telephone. Some triple rooms are available. Reception is on the first floor (accessible by a steep staircase only - not suitable for those with mobility difficulties) and there is a lift from here to all the other floors. Breakfast is a hearty buffet with a selection of cereals, cheeses, yoghurts and breads, tea and coffee, and fresh juices, available for you to help yourself in the comfortable breakfast room. This is included in the price. For travellers on a budget who don't want to pay for luxuries, but who nevertheless want to stay in quality accommodation, the Residence am Hauptbahnhof is perfect. As an alternative you may wish to consider the Residence's sister hotels on the same street: Lumen am Hauptbahnhof and Terminus am Hauptbahnhof, both renovated to the same high standards. NB.
