Location near center. Rooms are dusty, my creditcard was charged twice!!! first online after reservation than again at reception, still waiting to solve this.

Good location close to the Hauptbahnhof; good breakfast No lift from the reception and very steep stairs if you have heavy luggage; very small and narrow rooms; personnel in the reception not very friendly

The location. Right in the middle of the red light district. Not a very pleasant area unless you're on a bachelor weekend!

very good breakfast buffet. very clean, excellent new bathroom/shower It might have been reasonable to have indicated that the hotel is in a street full of sex shops and sex cinemas. I can imagine many visitors would be offended by having to keep walking past such things.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms very clean, and breakfast was very good. No lift to reception - When you have elderly person with you, this was hard for them having to climb the stairs a couple of times each day, and also having to carry your luggage up and down to the first floor was not so good. Pillows were too flat.
