M
9.7 Wonderful
Pros:Most of the staff were amazing, it’s shch great value, the pools are so relaxing and nice and clean. The environment the pools are in can’t be beat, so lush and wild. The family pool was great even for my infant, and the adults only pool is nice because it’s hotter. The resort is so grand and old. Harrison is always such a treat.
Cons:Some of the staff weren’t the nicest but they were the exception. The walls in the old part of the hotel are very very thin, so you can hear a lot and it’s easy to get a noise complaint even when talking at a reasonable volume. However, staying in the old part of the hotel adds to its charm so I’d go again, it’s just something to be aware of.
A
2.5 Poor
Cons:Old,dirty, musty, dusty, stink, had to pay for water in room. The beds were old and felt like sleeping on springs. The bed was so uncomfortable could not sleep and debated many times in the middle of the night to leave.

5.1 Fair
Pros:Only hot spring was ok however it's smelled and the air conditioning inside pool was horrible
Cons:This place is old and the pool water smelled like urine too many kids in the water not good for relaxing
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Atmosphere, staff, location, amenities
A
3.7 Poor
Pros:The only thing I liked about this hotel was the pools, proximity to the lake and walking distance to restaurants.
Cons:The room that me, my wife and toddler had was one of the smallest hotel rooms I've ever had the displeasure to stay in. This side of the hotel (rooms above lobby side) are in desperate need of a renovation. Felt as if we were stepping into a hotel room from the 80's. Old, torn carpet, cob webs in the windows, uncomfortable bed with a headboard from the 70's. Not somewhere you'd want to spend a romantic night with your significant other.
P
7.1 Good
Pros:The room was nice and comfotable in the East tower and really loved swimming in the warm pools.
Cons:The outside pool bathrooms where not clean. There are alcohol cups left around the pool where children can swim. The price is expensive.
P
6.0 Okay
Pros:Flexible opened hours for swiming pools; especially for adults.
Cons:No AC in main hotel without notifying customers which made a room like sauna or steam room.
T
8.6 Very good
Pros:Courteous staff, clean, very relaxing. The area is beautiful, nested in gorgeous mountains along the waterfront of a picturesque lake. Very romantic (there were three weddings there during our three day/night stay. The pools & spa are top notch.
Cons:If you are looking for a quaint town to explore or do some shopping, this is not the place to go. If you have any desire to do anything on the Internet, this is not the place to go. Although advertised free wifi, it is virtually non-existent in the rooms.
