My renovated place is in Karhupuisto (Bear Park) Kallio, with bohemian atmosphere and nice, alternative shops and cafés. Location is very good, near the Helsinki City center. The apartment is our extra flat and is suitable for all kinds of travelers. Welcome to Kallio! This apartment is our extra residence, owned by a Finnish artist. It has been renovated with love, styled and furnished with taste. She has also her paintings in the apartment as well with finnish design and old wooden floors. The 1-bedroom apartment (57m2) has a living room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, two bathrooms (one has a shower), bedroom and a spacious entrance. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. Living room windows face to the street and to the park and the bedroom window to the courtyard. This apartment is in the old beautiful pink building "Ihantola" (from 1908), which is highly admired in Kallio and Helsinki. It has a lovely courtyard, which is wonderful especially at summer time: a fountain and tables to take your coffee outside and enjoy your day. At winter time the courtyard has a beautiful Christmas tree with lights.
