Cons:no chance to review car with associate -- or at least it would have been very inconvenient due to busyness and lack of space; had to quickly take photos of the many scratches on the car

Cons:I was quoted 160 euros for two days of insurance. Thats plain usury.

Cons:- we have got downgraded car. Class less - car was not ready - worked like a tractor. Wouldn't speed up. It was disaster car. It is shame to give car in such condition to customers. - they reserved 200euros as deposit for fuel ( costs 50 euros) - upon return they wouldn't return deposit! You need to wait several day. Hertz is not what was once good and reliable company. I would gladly make someone from Hertz drive the car they gave us. Shame on you Hertz, NEVER AGAIN!
