Pros:Nobody was at the drop off and no instraction were given before
Cons:A notice that at antwerpen railway station the dropoff is unmaned

Cons:How 1 staff member can destroy the positive image you had of a company! That resumes our experience when we picked up our car in Amsterdam.

Cons:- we have got downgraded car. Class less - car was not ready - worked like a tractor. Wouldn't speed up. It was disaster car. It is shame to give car in such condition to customers. - they reserved 200euros as deposit for fuel ( costs 50 euros) - upon return they wouldn't return deposit! You need to wait several day. Hertz is not what was once good and reliable company. I would gladly make someone from Hertz drive the car they gave us. Shame on you Hertz, NEVER AGAIN!
