The Ramada Hollywood Beach Resort has begun its historic restoration project. Started in September 2008 and the first phase has completed the first 2.5 million of our total 20 million historic renovations. The lobby also received antique tin ceiling tiles and 1920s period furniture and decorative lighting. The second phase, planned to begin November 2009, includes restoring the architectural features, returning to the Mediterranean Revival style. Also plans include installing new hurricane impact windows and painting the entire building.
