Pros (+) Staff was the only plus in this place. They tried to support and where really helpful even though we had to leave early because of all the negative experiences we had.
Cons (-) Everything else. The first room smelled humid, the second one they have just used a repellent and the smell was horrible. We paid extra for a villa, and when we took a shower it clogged. When we reported the last issue and inform we where going to another place, they said it was too late to get a refund. This is a place that has a lot of potential but they need to fix it before they have it listed...
