Over all it is a good hotel
Internet is a bit expensive
The hotel is very quite, in front of the beach, near of restaurants and supermarkets. People is very nice.
Obviously travelling and staying at hotels are a "hit and miss" afair.. I visited Rhodes with my family (my wife and 9 year old twin girls) and spent an enjoyable vacation there. After reading the negative reviews about Blair Beach Hotel on this site, I prepared myseld for all types of problems from check in till check out. However, everything worked out very fine. We arrived at the Hotel at 11 o'clock and had to wait till 1 in order to check in (which is very reasonable.) Our room was spacious and clean. We did not have to suffer from any inconvenience there. As the other reviews indicate, the hotel is quite old but this is not a problem if you are not going to spend your day in your room or in the hotel..
It's an old hotel but the airconditioning was functioning properly and I did not bother with the small pool or the out of date design of the hotel since I spent most of my time travelling by car.
the rooms have good sea view , and the night programs which is in open air.
Relaxed ambiance, the staff was courteous and helpful. Spacious room. The swimming pool was OK.
Needs major renovation, or at least redecoration. Cheap means no frills whatsoever, you have to pay everything from the room safe to the beach chair. Breakfast could be better. WiFi access (paid) was a hit and miss business, generally unavailable in the evening.
Generally friendly personel, clean rooms, good swimming pool, on the beach and near to city center...
Goor air condition necessary...And also mosquitos is a big problem
The hospitality and politeness of the staff
Needs renovation for the status of 4star hotel
There was no water at the basin, staff was noisy in the morning and the rooms were small. The staff was kind of rude.
Internet usage very expensive, and you couldn't even use your computer in your room. No beach towels available. Mosquitoes through the room as the air-conditioning could only be set with the door locked, but the door wouldn't lock properly. Settling the bill was a drama. We were under the impression that booking.com had debited our account for the stay, and the hotel staff were quite rude when we told them this. They couldn't understand that we wanted to check our online bank accounts to make sure we wouldn't pay twice. Booking.com should have been clearer in explaining if they do or don't debit your account. As on some occasions, we have had the money deducted at the time of making the booking. This just set a bad tone for our experience.
I really was very impressive by all the services in Belair Beach Hotel. The room was nice and extremely clean, the hotel personal is a professional one, the breakfest was always delicious. I am delighted by everything in this hotel.
