Great hotel, nicely decorated and close to so many things. Sheraton hotels are quickly becoming my favorite hotel line. I would gladly stay here again or another Sheraton hotel.
Cons:For the second week in a row or housekeeping staff was not consistent
Pros:The night staff was great but in the daytime very poor night had to bring us towels every night
Cons:Stayed 3 days & never cleaned our room and we asked twice
Pros:Swank look to this hotel. Good location. Spacious parking lot. Professional staff. Comfy pillows. Nice bedding. Cool bathroom doors and sink. Secure elevators. Recycling! Would stay there again.
Cons:The air conditioner would run for hours at a time and not keep the temperature we set. They must have an indoor pool and it must've been below our room because we heard the screams from it all the time. They do not want you to use their electricity because the outlets were few and far between and hard to reach. No refrigerator or microwave.
Cons:well they didn't have any rooms ready whenever it's time for check in
