The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the pillows are the best. We laid in bed and were sleeping within minutes.
One of the 3 shuttle drivers, Darren. He was extremely rude, not only to us, but to a foreign student and others as well. He went as far as not opening the shuttle door for a kid until he, the driver, was ready. We sat in the shuttle dumb founded by his actions. We were not able to report this because we were running late. I hope he does not work there for long, he will cost this wonderful hotel many customers. He should NOT be in a customer service position.

Limited and expensive parking.
Beginning with the shuttle bus, the lobby and our room. All was in dire need of upgrading. Everything I mentioned smelled was old and needs to be refurbished. by far this was our worst experience with Hampton Inns and we've stayed at them all over the country. Management's attitude also needs an adjustment
The AC wasn't strong enough to cool down the room. The shower drain was flooded so when taking a shower it wound not drain down it would continue to get clogged
