Room was nice.
Check in took FOREVER!This room was not worthxxx that I paid for it. Prices need to be lowered.
The behavior of a staff who brought the rolly bed was the worst. He looked like angry and put the bed very roughly.

The professional staff and the cleanliness were the best part. I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel in these two areas. It was a pleasant surprise! I wasn't expecting much in this tiny town, but everything about the experience was a 10 for me from the front desk staff, to the quality of the room and the international guests I interacted with outside and at breakfast. I really did think that it was to bad that we weren't staying another night, because it wa so enjoyable and relaxing in the room. I had just previously stayed at another hotel and expected a 10 experience, but it was more like a 3. I was so happy to think it wasn't going to be that great and it turned out to be so nice! Nice staff-check. Clean and spacious room-check. Working wifi-check. Good breakfast-check. Quiet and friendly neighbors-check.
Very clean, l think this was a best western previously. Cheapest lodging in kayenta.
