Pros: THE STAFF WAS WARM AND FRIENDLY, AND WE HAD A CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOM. GREAT SURROUNDING VIEWS. EASY ACCESS TO MONUMENT VALLEY.
Cons: i THOUGHT THE PRICE FOR THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE HIGH.
Pros: The night desk clerk was cheerful and quite helpful advising us on our tour plans. Likewise the morning staff was friendly and responsive to our questions / needs. Thank you for a great stay!
Pros: Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was good. Convenient to Monument valley and local grocery store.
Free showtime channels (3)
Cons: "Heated." pool was too cold to use.
Had to use stairs for sevond floor - no elevator.
Pillows were too big and hard.
Pros: Great proximity to monument valley for low price.
Pros: basic clean hotel.
Pros: We liked it for a pit stop for a family wedding. We had two queen beds and did a really late checkin. We called to make sure our beds were reserved. The staff was accomadating with check in time and a later noon checkout. We would stay again.
Pros: The rooms were updated and clean. WiFi worked well. Pool was really cold. Staff super friendly and helpful.
Pros: Convenient location, right on the main Highway to Monument Valley
Spacious, clean room
WiFi was good, fast
Breakfast was included
Cons: For what you get, it's overpriced; however, since it's one of only a few hotels in the area close to Monument Valley, that's not a surprise.
Bathroom lights went out for several hours, did get fixed though.
Breakfast buffett was ok, not a great selection
Pros: I liked the bed (my wife wasn't as pleased). The room was clean & appointed nicely. Parking was at the door for our room - couldn't have been better.
Cons: It seemed a bit expensive for the value. But it was near a major attraction which usually brings a premium price. Breakfast was available at 7am, but 6am for "early birds" would be nicer.

Cons: Breakfast was rather lacking. Hard to get a server also.
Pros: Big room, nicely decorated
Cons: No fridge in the room. We can hear every noise from the guy taking a shower next room, people walking upstairs, to people talking outside on the parking lot, very badly acoustically insulated wall!
And the bad experience : we forgot 2 things in the room, we had to call a few times before having the people find ouf the stuff and they didn't find one of the 2 thing even if it was in the closed pocket of the first one...bizarre...
Pros: Friendly staff, very accommodating, location, good breakfast
Cons: Squeaky bathroom door, beds were a bit small and too soft
Cons: Rooms are poorly maintained. Thermopane windows are fogged up, front desk was rude and unhelpful. Restaurant was blah and poorly prepared food. Items did not match the menu description and apparently that is just how its done there. Landscaping is barren and very dusty. If you get stuck in the older part of the building that was built in 1960 they have either central heat or central air, and in mid April it was getting hot and those rooms had no AC and most appeared to not have any windows that opened. We found out the next morning there is supposedly a pretty good restaurant at the Hampton Inn which the front desk did not tell us about (hoping we would eat at their terrible restaurant instead). Web site says 10% discount if you are from CO but they did not have that available the day we were there. No PPV TV available (even though its advertised on the web site). Kayenta is on the reservation, and as such alcohol is illegal, so BYOB. Their pet policy seems to vary, the web site says a $200 refundable deposit which we were not asked to pay, I see on this site one guest was charged $50.00. Overall just poorly run.
Pros: Had availability last minute
Cons: Hotel was expensive for what you get. Breakfast is not included, and is expensive also. Fitness center barely works, and staff is rude. Not the hotel's fault, but there's nothing in the area, and the town shuts down at 9.
Pros: Great location (close to downtown and to the Univ of AZ campus), great food (adhered to diet restrictions including gluten free), older home with lots of character!
Cons: The character also added some little quirks :)
Pros: Good enough.
Pros: Convenient location to Monument Valley, good for a one night stay.
Pros: Not much!
Cons: Our toilet was not bolted down! We could smell sewer gas. Called maintenance and they sent someone down who agreed but couldn't or wouldn't fix it until next day. We could have moved but at 9:30 at night we were tired and didn't want all of the hassle. Room was a distance from the restaurant. Food was alright but breakfast was not included. The room was dreary so we felt what we paid was totally over priced. But, because they are out in the middle of nowhere, they can charge what they want.
Situated in a rural location, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Navajo Code Talkers Exhibit and Navajo Cultural Center. Church Rock is 7.9 mi (12.7 km) away.
