The politeness of staff was excellent.
Just the wirless internet service!!
Dip pool in villa.
Very bland architecture and gardens; beach very unattractive.
Excellent, friendly hotel staff, generally very good food. Rooms were more than adequate, spacious, well set out, and very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, even housekeeping asking if you were happy with everything in the room. Nice area at the beach with good pool and sun deck.
On arrival many things were explained, about the hotel and surrounding area, it may have been better to produce a booklet so you had a record for future reference. A little pricey in the restaurants- but for Thailand, not for a five star hotel.
The staff is helpful. Location is great. Altough you can walk to Chawana Town by the sea side, the neighbourhood is quite silent.
Beach is not very convenient for swimming. The staff's English is very limited.
The rooms are absolutely breathtaking, the staff are the friendliest staff I have ever encountered and the value for money was out of this world. I don't think I can stay anywhere again and enjoy it as much!
