Rooms are dated and grubby. Beds were too hard. Our room smelled of mould. Not enough sunbeds around beach. Beware of low bathroom doors, you can really hurt yourself if you’re tall like my boyfriend. You can hear club music from nearby bars while in your room. Mattress and pillows way too hard. Bathroom was run down. Breakfast options were limited unless you are comfortable eating cooked food (rice, noodles, pork etc) for breakfast. There is an ant street in our villa, when we do them away they come back. But thats just nature ;) And as long as they dont go on the bed it isnt a big problem. The breakfast had a poor choice. The entire resort needs a thorough makeover. Rooms are dirty and very badly maintained. The most disturbing fact however is the amount of Russians in the resort. Rude, unfriendly people.........especially to polite people like Thai are this must be very offending. The entire island is becoming a Russian enclave. Westerners.........stay away. The hotel owners and project developers are ruining the island, just like Pattaya, Hua Hin and more places. Staff no phones one key per room meager breakfast w/ instant coffee. Breakfast is so so. The problem is the boom boom noise of music all and every evening until late, from the many bars on the opposite side of the bay. Classic Thailand problem to be honest. Breakfast buffet. One week in a deluxe bungalow separated from the the terrasse by a glass wall impossible to open ! The breakfast and the restaurant are a painfull experience, horrible food Most off the staff was unfriendly, very rare in Thailand ! Breakfast, it was very simple. Staff and grass cutting was very noisily and very dangerous, my leg got hit from the grass cutting.

Our perfect little paradise. Breakfast is great. The villa is directly by the sea. It is a dream. The bed is comfortable and the staff cleans well. Great view from beach front rooms! Nice beach area with good swimming area. Location is great, right on the beach. Also the hotel itself is nice. All the area is very clean, sandy beach, rooms are spacious. Close to the supermarket, restaurants. Breakfast eatable. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is basic but good. The management is good and the location is beautiful. Restaurant had really good food and this had been consistent for years already. The hotel team was very friendly and helpful. Our view from the Grand Villa was Perfect!! Clean helpful staff. Wonderful stay for the holidays, good food, million dollar views. It’s a high quality, yet affordable resort with great amenities and a large area. There’s a fabulous swimming pool with a pool bar with fair prices. I found the pool bar chairs in the pool extra entertaining. There’s a very beautiful beach near by where guests of the hotel can use sun beds for free, but there are also a number of various bars, restaurants, etc. There is a small village that offers all you would need (food, shops, bars, massage). We had a hillside studio first, and it was nice, but the villa we had later had a much better bed. I loved the staff! They were always very friendly, helpful and spoke great English.
