Pros:Room and bathroom were nice enough, and the breakfast was good as well.
Cons:We stayed during Khmer New Year and were eventually told that they were short staffed due to the holiday (after about the 10th issue)... little did we know that meant our room wouldn’t be serviced, we wouldn’t be able to book any tours, the water would be out for a full day, and the staff across the board would be confused and inexperienced since everyone was doing jobs they didn’t know how to do. One young woman at reception was great, but as soon as her shift was over it was hopeless trying to get anywhere. The location is waaaay down at the end of Long Set Beach, which is nice if you’re just going to sit there but too far from everything else. Next time we’ll be staying closer to other resorts since none of the beach is crowded and you can be alone from anywhere in just a 5 minute walk.
