Close to beach and town center. Very friendly owners. Comfortable beds. Priced right for close beach location. Family room had two rooms, so kids could be separate.
Hotel is really one block from beach facing opposite of beach on main street through town. No beach views, just street. Tram stop is right outside and lots of street noise on front side of hotel....even bar noise and people talking outside at 4am....not for light sleepers but nice to people watch during the day. Hotel is worn and needs updating...70 and 80s era creaky old rooms and doors. Old shower and accordian door doesn't close to bathroom, so no privacy in the family room. Parking can be a challenge and hotel sometimes doesn't have room...also costs 10 euro a day. Park at casino for 8 euro a day.
Very friendly staff. Goog food at the resto. Good position.
Low value for money :€ 95 for a single room in such Gasthaus is too much ! Kosijde and all this part of belgian cost is very sad and decadent !
couple who run the hotel very friendly, breakfast ok,
not that clean very old fashioned, hotels in belguim in this area very dated, nothing to write home about, why are belguim bathrooms so smallhotel said they were fully booked but there were only 2 bedrooms occupied and that was 1 of ours.
Personnelle very welcoming and helpful with good knowledge of local history and sites to visit. Hotel simple but adequate and clean. We didn't eat in hotel except for breakfast which was delicious and varied in choice.
Very friendly and nice owner
