location was good. easy to find. located close to restaurants
floor in room was dirty as was bathroom faucet
2nd time staying here. Clean, modern rooms and great location near the river and all of downtown is easily walkable.
Clean, modern rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly staff, great restaurant and amazing location overlooking the river.
Very conveiniently located. Clean and very nice for the money.
I only could stay one night
The staff was amazing
for --- a night you still have to pay extra to go up stairs to get breakfast??? And walls are so thin you feel like the neighbors are doing their activities in the bed next to you.
Originally had us in a room with a king when we needed two beds
River view! Walk along river or downtown.
Would have liked covered parking for motorcycle.
it was located close to downtown lacrosse and walking distance from everything I wanted to do
the cost seemed a bit steep for the hotel....the rooms were nice and clean but nothing fancy. there was no safe in the room for valuables, although the mini fridge was nice. It seemed like a $--- a night hotel not a $--- a night hotel.
Great location, staff attentive, room spotless and comfortable.
the food at the restaurant was marginal at best.
Requested double queen room, but received king
Beautiful location, ample parking, walking distance to downtown shops and riverfront walk.
No breakfast service even though the rate is pretty high. Nothing special about the hotel for the price charged.
Location is great and hotel is top notch compared to other hotels in the Lacrosse area. Only other ones that compare are the Holiday Inn and Courtyard by Marriot.
Rooms a little smaller, but still plenty of room.
Great location- we needed to be in the downtown area Great view- we had a riverview room & it was a beautiful day.
Charged us $15 to switch to a double room instead of a king. That's the first time I have had that happen with a priceline room. Usually not a problem to switch.
Free parking. Good location.
No free breakfast. Someone smoking in the hallway on our floor. Pool area was older, needed cleaning. Upcharged me for 2 Queen beds.
Comfortable firm beds. Nice location on the riverfront.
No free breakfast.
FEW HOTELS ARE ABLE TO REALLY ACCOMMODATE WHEELCHAIR USERS, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE IT WORK THERE ARE MANY TYPES OF DISABILITIES AND TRYING TO MAKE A ROOM WORK FOR EVERYONE IS IMPOSSIBLE. GREAT STAFF AND CLEAN ROOM.
I was very late getting to the hotel for a conference call, but because I had called ahead, they were ready to hand me a key to my room and we would take care of the paperwork when I got back. That is service! The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was marvelous!
The hotel was ok, but I think over-priced. Our remote didn't work for our TV and we supposedly had a sleep number bed which is why I chose this hotel over the Holiday Inn. However, it didn't work, and so while comfortable, the bed could have been better. Also, the staff was unaware of what special deal we were under and told us initially that we didn't have breakfast. I guess that when I pay what I paid for this hotel, I expect close to perfection. I have also been in places that are more helpful finding restaurants, etc. They have provided us with maps, etc. So while the hotel was nice, I think they need to work on the small things that can make or break a trip. PS. This hotel was said to be full on other web sites. Only online travel website had this deal.
For the listed price of this room, I would have been disappointed. Room is small, bathroom is awkward, the front of my room door was noticeably shabby. Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room fell short. Yes, the high traffic areas had been cleaned (clean linens, vacuumed, bathroom gone over) but it was obvious that this room had not had a good cleaning in a long time. The walls, doorframes and fixtures had marks or were in need of a good wiping down. In fact, I cleaned my bathroom more after I got there. The toilet was not very clean, the faucets were spotted, and I spotted 4 or 5 presumably maid hairs in there. This did not give me confidence that the floor had been mopped either. The card lying on my pillow (to order breakfast from) had something splashed on it. I'm not a neatnik by nature, but when I'm staying in a hotel room where many people have lived, I do want to make sure it is sanitary! Aside from the fact that I think a Radisson should be cleaner and better maintained than this, it is a lovely hotel with a great view of the park and river out front. The young lady at the front desk checked me in the fastest I have EVER been checked in and was courteous. Bed was very comfortable. I would have liked to had more time to explore the town. I stayed here for safety reasons rather than a cheaper hotel, but I did purchase the room on Priceline, which made it worth what I paid.
This was a great hotel with a wonderful view of the Mississippi River. Downtown shops & restaurants within walking distance, and the pathway along the river was great for walking. Riverboat cruises depart from nearby, there's a outdoor stage down the street, and the gardens next to the visitor information center were beautiful.\n\nWe booked two rooms, one double for our kids and a king for us. The double rooms overlook the river, and we got the parking lot view. We were tempted to switch to a double, but stayed put and let the boys have the great scenery. They also enjoyed the international clientele since there were several foreigners there on business with Trane.\n\nThe front desk employees were pleasant & helpful. The only hiccup was when we asked for a laundromat and they referred us to one that had a steady stream of unsavory characters, none of whom were doing laundry. After getting our laundry done as quickly as possible, we drove around the block to see where all the people were coming from, and found a soup kitchen in the next building. We told the front desk they might want to find another laundromat to recommend to their guests!\n\nNice hotel, nice staff, and LaCrosse is a fun town to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Hotel room was smaller than expected with low (6'6) ceiling in entryway. The select comfort bed almost made up for the drone of the heater. Location was great for downtown attractions and access to quality dining. I guess the restaurant gives this hotel the extra star.
We came for a relaxing weekend to view the sites and found it a perfect getaway
