Pros (+) Loved it was immediately next door to chic-fil-a, near Irvine Spectrum, sawdust festival ten mins. Nice continental breakfast and small but hot jacuzzi
Cons (-) Bldg C (1 of 3 bldgs) directly across the street from a Fire Station. We were on the far side of the fire trucks and it still sounds like they are in your room. If you can’t get guaranteed bldg A or opposite side of bldg B I would stay elsewhere.

Pros (+) We arrived late but you wouldn't have known it from the check in staff. The person who helped us, sorry I don't remember his name, was very friendly and upbeat. He told us about what the lodge has to offer and the amenities within walking distance. Very helpful
Cons (-) The carpet seemed rather worn and I wasn't comfortable walking around barefoot.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and the location was great.
Cons (-) The room was mediocre: Large stains on the carpet, ancient thread-bare beading with sheets that were so old they were grey. Small shower with vanity in the entry way. The free breakfast was continental only.

Pros (+) Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's not the fanciest place, but it is clean and affordable. In a good area, close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Pros (+) For one, the hotel looked very nice from the outside. They were currently doing some renovations to accommodate disabled guests, so I can't knock them for that. The actual room itself looked nice. The color scheme, the furniture choices, the vanity sink. The bathroom was kind of a cool open concept.
Cons (-) Though the look was cohesive, it did seem pretty outdated. Also, there was still a stain on the sheet on the bed, the toilet still had some dry urine stains under the seat, and the cap that covers the plumbing for the shower head was coming off.
