Pros (+) The hotel would be wonderful if it was clean. Location is pretty good and dukes has good food.
Cons (-) Hotel, room and pools were all dirty the entire time we were there. Check in was delayed because they were understaffed and only one elevator works. People discovered the service elevator and all started using that one because the other one took so long. The pond in the middle when you walk in was full of moss and frogs. No fish. It would be a nice hotel if they would clean it up and fix the eleva...
