the chairs and other furniture were very uncomfortable
Well maintained, great location many pool areas so you could always find a spot. Sunsets were amazing, saw whales from our room. Dukes restaurant was great for happy hour, and ordering food around the pool. Friendly staff.
We had to call for house keeping after 3 days.
I’ve had better towels and beds at a a Holiday Inn Express.
We had to request a different room, because the odor in the room was overbearing. The next day we left for an excursion and they called us 8 times to tell us we had another room and it would be ready at 4:00pm. Of the 8 times I spoke with them 4. Each time I said I understand and we will not be back to the hotel until after 6. After 6 they called 2 more times and said they were holding a room and would release it. I found this interesting, as I already paid for the room for that might.
