Maid did not service room on Friday although 'please service room ' tag was left. Front desk excuse was the wind blew it off & someone placed it on displaying 'do not disturb' twice! Suggest:color coded door tags for the possibly illiterate/half blind.
Super clean rooms with character. Grounds well maintained. Overall very safe. Worth the extra cost compared to other very poor two star hotels in the area.
Good friendly staff.
Breakfast was very disappointing.
The hotels staff was friendly and accommodating. It is located by restaurants and a convenience store. The room had a full size tile shower/bath and full size closet amongst other amenities. I will definitely book a room here again.
My only issue was a damp towel and used soap in the bathroom. My issue was more than resolved and management threw in a few extras.
The room was roomy. There was a couch and coffee table, a small desk and a fan overhead in the couch sitting area. No need to turn on the AC unit and smell the musty air that usually comes from the AC unit.
The tub didn't drain all that great. The sheets were a little on the prickly/stiff side.
I feel being at my own house. We are really comfortable stayed at American Best Value INN .
Nothing at All. It was very pleasant experience.
Staff were very nice.
The room was very dark lighting fixtures were old. There was mold under sink. Last time we stayed there back in October 2014 we had not good bugs
The hotel is very clean. Has very good security. It is older but well kept!
Clean and friendly staff
Old and you can hear your neighbors.
It took some Time for me to adjusting to the place . But overall Breakfast was ok my husband enjoyed it.
Room needs cleaning it was dust everywhere an the ceilining fan was very dusty and I have very bad allergys the room was not up to part for price payed to stay. Plus the hotel changes customers an extra fee for smoking room if they'r hotels are full.
They offered breakfast.
Bathroom had roaches, sheets were dirty, the hotels smelled like weed and cigarettes although it clearly stated 'No Smoking'.
Overall great stay here. Great amenities :) everything clean. Friendly staff
They kept my 100$ cash deposit
Room is spacious.
The toilet bowl is too small and could not wipe my buttom clean. Should replace with commercial elongated toilets.
The room size is nice and the pool is also nice
That the cleaning staff charges if towels aren't returned in pristine condition they don't consider regular use normal shocked I was being charged $15 for a bath mat that I had to clean myself I was shocked by this
Rooms were a bit old. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK.
Bathroom fixtures look old.
There was a pool and the continental breakfast was nice.
The bathroom was not very clean.
Clean room, quite at night.
It seemed that some of the guest were in some sort of a rehab program, the motel was a halfway house. So there was some concern on security and safety for my child. A aurgument broke out one time with alot of cursing between two women.
clean and quiet
i had a quiet location, ground floor , parked in front of my room
the shower ( on, off ) valve was stiff and I almost did not think I would make it work.
We were given a room that was being repaired by accident. Apparently the computer glitched and gave us this room. The staff reacted rather quickly and gave us a new room. They all were very apologetic for the mix up.
It's at a great location in Lancaster.
We were staying at a non smoking hotel room but the place smell like pure cigarette smoke. Couldn't change rooms because they were all booked do to the fair in town.
The price and location. The pool/hot tube were enjoyable. The TV was a up to date HD with a good programming. The room was nice.
No nothing really to complain about.
nice to have grass outside door for puppy
mystery spots on wall, our puppy found a used qtip in the bathroom, carpet had a grimey feel to it
Great location and yet quiet (away from road noise)
Front desk person is very rude. It feels like customers are a burden they do not want to take.
It was not safe there was drug use going on there was a man beating a women. Could not sleep because you can hear everything thru the walls. And to top it all off my credit card is being used somewhere in that part of the country. Never using any 2 stars
The desk clerk. Very nice
Unfortunatly the bathroom was in mch need of a make over
What a wonderful find.. The suites have great little kitchens and you can also get DVD,S to watch.Very quite-We really enjoy the comp breakfast and evening comp meals. We look forward to our stays at The Inn of Lancaster and highly recomended this wonderful, very clean hotel. We are so impressed with the staff and how they maintain the rooms and property-Really nice to have a couch and recliner to watch TV and a table to eat at. The rooms are very large and are decorated beautifully- Best hotel in the high desert.
