The bathroom could use a fan and a light paint in the tub
Location was the only think we liked about it
The noise from the airplanes taking off right overhead, did not get much sleep. Beatles in the bed. Had only double beds, asked for a king. Bathtub plug was broken. Light in bedroom was broken. Mold growing around the bathtub. Will prefer to pay more for sleep and things that work.
Exactly what I was looking for absolutely no complaints, quiet and near strip with reasonable rates.
Liked being welcomed in, good staff. Comfy, well sized room for very cheap price. Good breakfast. Room service was very kind and git what we needed. Overall I was very pleased.
Didn't like that the pool water was a bit dirty. And the hot tub water was very dirty too. But overall I was very pleased with the stay.
Suite look, decor, roomie, good paid breafast, free breakfast is okay, housekeeping is great, room clean every time we came back to room. Print boarding pass before you leave for free
No free wifi in room, room too far to walk, bed uncomfortable not soft, wait on shuttle to be ready, water pressure sucks, need more hot water. Coffee brew doesn't work too well, coffee is too light, close to drinking water
Liked the location (near the strip), bed and pillows comfortable, nonsmoking.
Receptionist didn't knew the differences of the rooms I reserved, saying they're all the same (except option of beds) when they're not. For example, some rooms that I reserved were studio like (cheaper), and others have separate rooms (kitchen and living room area separate from bedroom, which is more $).
The rooms are huge. I couldn't believe the price for the amount of space. The whole place was well kept. It looked like the kind of place I would have prefered to stay longer than one night in.
I stayed in room 1313 and the pipes in the bathroom were very noisy. They only went quite when you turned a faucet on. Other than that, I have no complaints about this place.
I had an ant issue in the kitchen area, after I left sweet rolls on the counter. I went to the front desk and Brenda had me moved to another room in a matter of minutes. That room had no microwave, called Brenda back, had one inside of five minutes. I offered Brenda a job!! The rooms are huge, The staff was great. service was tops. Not the Ritz, neither was the price. Already booked again!
normal Las Vegas construction noise from surrounding areas.
My third room was clean.
The first room was dirty and had a weird smell, the second had a constantly running toilet. The third room was adequate. The 12.99 per night internet is per device so if you want to connect a phone and laptop you are out of luck. When it rains the first floor floods due to the fact the doors do not have a threshold. The lobby wifi does not extend to the convention space which is rather odd given the average use of a convention hall.
Room was clean, large and comfortable.
There is no restaurant. The Bar served food, but no one was even drinking there on Friday night and that scared us off. Planned to go out but was raining hard. Went back to room. Ordered Pizza. Had to walk out front to get dinner, because the resort does not allow deliveries. The facility is like an apartment complex, and we had to walk past 15 buildings to get to our room. Really NO SERVICE on the place.
We were very pleased with our stay Thank you, for the enjoyable and safe place we will let our friends and family know what a nice place it was.
There was nothing that we did not like about our stay.
I liked that it wasn't too far away from the MGM since that's where our concert was at.
I didn't like the fact the beds were a bit hard and the AC did not work at all. What the hell.
I can't say I liked anything about the suite other than it was well air conditioned.
The smell was horrible like mold and cigarettes. No elevator. The pool water felt like slime. The tub was out dated
Huge room the size of a small apartment. Heated pool. Nice shower head. Microwave and fridge. Staff was very nice.
Tub was peeling in spots. No free wifi. A little more cleaning could have been done but it was by no means dirty.
The place was very affordable and the staff very friendly.
The main pool closing at 6 should remain a little later although there was another pool open till 11pm alittle far.
Location Clean and parking generally available Staff helpful Quick check in/check out internet in lobby
Price No microwave Internet/breakfast was 12.99 each, and I was hoping they would be included, which was a bit disappointing
Nice hotel and location for the price. Good shampoo/condition provided.
paid wifi per day per device, long and confusing walk from room to main office.
The spacious room
I didn't get what I requested for like my view.I asked for a lot of towels....I had to pay an early check in fee. Two pools were closed in summer.we had to pay for the complimentary breakfast what's up with that?
Slow check in, room smelled bad, carpet was wet, only scalding water comes out of faucets and shower, tub did not drain. Beds squeaky, furniture lumpy and old
Close to the convention we went to.
Microwave was broken, but they did replace it quickly. Bath tub looked like it was not cleaned for weeks. Someone's hair was still stuck on the wall. Bathroom tiles were peeling and cracked. FLEAS, FLEAS AND MORE FLEAS!!! They really need to shampoo the carpets, bar seats and couches!! Pool #1 closed too early (6pm)!!! Pool #2 was under construction. Pool # 3 was dirty and gross!!! Pool water was so cloudy!!! Need to update the kitchen areas and the mini fridge...they look like they were from the 70's!!!
We had cockroaches and a caterpillar on the floor in our room. We had no phone or microwave. The staff was rude and unhelpful. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
There were bugs (dead and Alive) in the room. Television did not work called to have someone come to assist, no one ever came (no tv for two days)
nothing about this resort is positive
location was dark. room did not have microwave, no whirl pool in room and looked like super 8 that I would rent for 30.00 a night. the 2# pool was being renovate by our hotel room. the #1 pool was closed at 7pm it was to be open 24hours per staff. The staff untrained/ bad service and manager did not care about my complaint asked for money back said nothing we can do but upgrade you to another room on your next visit with us to better room. I would not stay there again. Alexis has shuttle that pick you up from air port but you do not find that out until you get to the hotel. I called twice before I came to the hotel about benefits of stay there. I was not told about shuttle, all the whirl pool baths being shut off so no whirl pool in room , no pool and check-in you have to wait 30min only 1 front desk person. resort no super 8 yes.
Staff was great!
We noticed there was a lot of dead bugs in our room also there was 3 pools and only 1 was open
It is peaceful and quiet
The rooms are old, especially the bathroom portion, needs a lot of renovations, and more attention when it comes to cleaning the room.
My car got hit and no one seemed to care. My 2 year old got hurt on their loose and uneven stairs. The room was just ghetto Pools were dirty and one didn't even have water in it. So much more to list but don't want to waste my time because no one there seems to care.
overcharged me for something , that they stated a different price..
Suites big and roomy.
Smoking everywhere, in poll area, around your door. Noisy air conditions, very noisy, hard to sleep with this noise. No microvave in a suite? Why? Internet is 12.99 per day? Avery cheep motels offer internet for free.never will stay again.
The woman who cleaned my room, Wendy, did a good job of cleaning. She came every day except one. The wait staff in the restaurant went above to serve us and the breakfast buffet was good and decently priced at $12.95
Upon arrival the staff were not pleasant. It was 1 a.m., but regardless, I could have used a better welcome. The fridge had expired food and old beer in it. The floor was as dirty as seen in Tripadvisor pictures. There were dead bugs and no adequate lighting in common areas. It did not feel safe to walk at night. The king bed was a queen and the curtains had stained on them of what appeared to be blood. The 3rd pool was dirty with misc. items and the whirlpool was green the first day. 2nd day it was cleaned. The free strip shuttle didn't begin until 11, very inconvenient. Not many good things to share.
comfortable beds; a/c worked well; availability of frig and microwave; spacious room.
poor water pressure in shower; water never got hot---luke warm at best; not used to hearing planes flying overhead; no signage for buildings--made it very difficult to park at night; good thing I was only staying one night.
Entire experience was a disaster. Still waiting on mamagement to return phone calls.
Free airport shuttle to and from (but you have to make sure to request it to come) and free shuttle that drops off at Planet Hollywood. It's also only about a mile to the strip which was totally walkable in good weather! We paid next to nothing for the weekend.
Couch and chairs in room had gross stains on them, bathtub was not the cleanest (although it did just look super old). They put us in a room that was the second to last building in the back of property which was a hike with our luggage and it was dark and scary back there -- if I wasn't traveling with my husband, I wouldn't have stayed. Only stairs to the second floors and outside entrances.
Big rooms. Free shuttle
My room was in poor condition. Not what was advertised. They had to change my room after the first night. In room jacuzzi was horrible condition. Paint was chipped and it was left filthy. I had to call twice for them to clean it, and they never sent anybody until we changed rooms. Sofa bed didn't work, they had a piece of wood under the conditions reading"out of order" very unprofessional. Took the front desk over 2 min to answer the phone. Sometimes it just took too long the phone hung up on it's own and I had to call back. The shuttle was over 2 hrs late even after making an appointment. Will NEVER come back here again. You are better off paying the premium to stay on the strip. You get get what you pay for.
Comfie mattress, decent pillows.
Bathtub not clean; shampoo bottle half full, which suggests to me that they routinely refill them rather than providing new ones for each guest. When I arrived, after 1:00 AM, there was quite a line to check in. There was ONE PERSON behind the desk, completely indifferent, unwelcoming. Folks, this is the face of your business!
