Great friendly staff Donna was her name
Stay there for bingo and quiet non crowded pool area. Casino staff is nice and decent deli on first floor of casino.
Buildings are old. Staff is unprofessional and unresponsive to requests for help of any kind. Food is nearly in-edible. Only place we got anything decent was the deli. Place is beyond dirty; it's down right disgusting. Outside rooms there are any number of vagrants prowling around all hours. Horrible area of town. Should get a whole lot more for the money! Do not reccomend. Pay a little more and stay at a Station Casino or Sam's Town.
Clean room. Beautiful setting area pool away from patio helpful staff. Security patrolling property quick to respond when necessary. nice atmosphere. accommodating to persons needs when possible. loved having an option of a tub.
plain looking front. stairway entry on side. bathroom small to accommodate turning around with door closed for larger type folks.150# + would be great to have shade awning for outside parking near rooms.
Price and location were good. Beds were adequate.
Room was not clean. The bathroom was TINY - like, it aspired to be as big as London bathrooms. Couch was dirty and stained.
They required a deposit for the room, which wasn't mentioned in the listing, and the front desk girl was so rude about it. When I asked to speak to a manager she said there wasn't one, and then ignored me.
Great service and absolutely HUGE suite that didn't destroy my budget
The hotel is showing signs of age
The cleaning staff was everywhere cleaning the outside walls, the walkway and trash cans. I was very impressed. Solid cleaning staff.
The pond needs to be cleaned and treated with chlorine to kill all mosquitoes. The sourdough Resturant needs a manager at all times as well as the front desk. Food was cold every time we ate there. When I asked for a manager she was know where to be found. When guests have a complaint they need to talk to a manager, not a server that cant answer questions or just doesn't want too. Ordered a salad with blue cheese and revived horseradish instead. I choked and it ruined my dinner. When I let the server know that I wanted to talk to a Resturant manager I was told there's no manager on duty. Went to the front desk and no manager there. I was told by the young man at the desk that the front desk manager wouldn't be able to help me that I needed to talk to the Resturant manager. Just went around in circles. I work for a hotel and in my opinion is, THERES NO WAY A BUSINESS CAN RUN WITHOUT MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! Get some managers that care. Hourly employees just don't care. I noticed the security guards parked next to the pond rooms in the shade, both of them. Lots of weird people on the back side of the hotel. Needs to be patrolled.
Rude front desk staff. Casino has strong cigarette odor.Hidden deposit fee when booking on kayak.Old television sets. Noisy guests. Homeless individuals begging for money in the front parking lot. Escort ladies hustling in the casino.Dirty bar/lounge.Trash everywhere on the property.Old casino/hotel décor.
Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, several places to eat nearby, staff was helpful but a bit understaffed for check in. A good hotel for the money. I would recommend it and I would stay here again.
The rooms were clean and the service was good. They had a number of restaurants on the premises, which were handy.
This location is designed like a motel with a casino attached. The room I was put in was on the backside of the hotel, which was not lighted well and had more than a few sketchy people hanging around. While checking in one customer was at the front desk complaining about being put in a room in the corner where the prostitutes hang out, which was not something I wanted to hear while checking in. Staying at this hotel was a mistake, while making reservations on KAYAK, because I thought it was the Arizona Charlie's on Decatur Ave. This is the Arizona Charlie's on Boulder HWY. I would not stay at this hotel again.
I've stayed here several times. For the price you can't beat the suite with 2 beds and a couch. You can easily sleep 4 people comfortably and 6+ if you are young and crazy. The rooms are nice and clean. The area look sketchy but I have never had any problems with my car get broken into or anything stolen. There is 24 hour security guards roaming the facilities and the parking lot and they are always helpful and vigilant. I've stayed a lot of places around the country and this is one of my favorites for the value.
The check-in staff is always understaffed and slow to get us checked in. It doesn't really bother me but it seems they could add another person at the check-in desk.
The room was great for a family, food was a great price
