Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions and events. Many appreciated the unique atmosphere and boutique style, as well as the spacious rooms in some cases. However, cleanliness and maintenance issues were frequently mentioned, along with dissatisfaction with housekeeping and service. Some guests also noted additional fees and a lack of included amenities. Overall, while the location and ambiance were highlights, service and upkeep left room for improvement.

Great location and awesome design. But Drai’s nightclub kept us up until 4am (we were on the 6th floor) and the beds were far from comfortable. For us, we won’t be staying again unfortunately. We will just stay at Caesar’s.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and accommodating
Cons (-) The experience felt incomplete. Example; the gym had no water or towels. The room was bare minimum, and did not have the feeling of a boutique hotel.

Pros (+) Room was nice and comfortable. Overall we love the Cromwell.
Cons (-) The air didn’t seem to work exceptionally, it was a little stuffy in the room sometimes. Only the small window opened, the larger window did not. Not exactly sure what the resort fee was for there are not any resort amenities, or at least not any that we were made aware of.

Pros (+) The staff was super accommodating. Allowed us access to the gym shower after we checked out. We were able to enjoy the pool after check out and clean up before catching our evening flight.

Cons (-) There is a resort fee of about $40/night plus $10/day self park. This seems to be a Vegas thing. Just an FYI

Pros (+) The service, the decor, and the shower was amazing.
Cons (-) The excruciatingly loud music from the club ruined our romantic night in our room. We expected to have a night to ourselves but instead could not sleep throughout the nights until 4 am. We awoke cranky and not refreshed. Very unhappy with this experience.

Pros (+) Size of hotel for Vegas strip was a pleasant change. Great location in the center of the strip. Clean, new, fabulous pool, but closed by 5:00 pm. After a long hot day on the road, a dip would be nice.
Cons (-) Nothing for free in Vegas any more. Charged for Valet parking, which has always been free, and the obnoxious "$40 resort fee" whether you use the amenities or not is annoying. Giada's restaurant was pleasant, but very expensive for ordinary food. Hostess was snotty and snooty. Her little black dress must have been a little too tight in the wrong places.

Pros (+) Great location, staff and property.
Cons (-) The night club keeps you up all night. My bed actually vibrated, physically vibrated, from 11pm to 3:45am. Worst nights sleep ever! MAJOR Issue that needs to be dealt with!
