Very cute dramatic room decor. Small but cosy. Location was great.
Amazing design, super nice front desk person
WiFi connectivity problems (despite $37 resort fee) and slooooow room service. Expected more from a hotel of this price and quality.
The Cromwell was my favorite place in Vegas! The casino is the best. The room is beautiful and clean! We had an awesome stay and definitely will be back!
Very well located and part of the ceaser group so you get access to the others pools which are great! The room are nicely decorated and clean. It’s for young partying people, so would avoid with Kids( anyways, kids in vegas in not recommended ah ah ah)
For the price and rating of the hotel, i think they could add a bit more into the room (aka no coffee machine, no shoes polish...) => even cheap motel have those! The staff is ok, could be more friendly to be honest. The pool access at Drai’s is a bit weird, you can get in but there are no free sunbed nor chair, so a bit disappointed versus the others pools. Finally i will echo everyone else as they is a big lack of food options in the hotel for breakfast or lunch.
Fantastic staff, outstanding service and location. Very clean, and extremely friendly.
