Great location and awesome design. But Drai’s nightclub kept us up until 4am (we were on the 6th floor) and the beds were far from comfortable. For us, we won’t be staying again unfortunately. We will just stay at Caesar’s.
Pros. The staff was friendly and accommodating
Cons. The experience felt incomplete. Example; the gym had no water or towels. The room was bare minimum, and did not have the feeling of a boutique hotel.
Cons. staff
Pros. Room was nice and comfortable. Overall we love the Cromwell.
Cons. The air didn’t seem to work exceptionally, it was a little stuffy in the room sometimes. Only the small window opened, the larger window did not. Not exactly sure what the resort fee was for there are not any resort amenities, or at least not any that we were made aware of.
