So beautiful and clean.
The pool is not heated.
The rooms and most of the hotel was very comfortable, updated and clean. Housekeeping was friendly and gave prompt service. It is a great location when just traveling through because it is away from the strip so traffic isn't bad. The breakfast buffett was an average medium size buffet at $6.49 per person if you sign up for a free players card ($8.49 without it.) There is what looked like a nice pool, kid zone, movie theater and of course casino.
The hotel/casino is HUGE and was a little confusing on where to go at first. There is smoking allowed downstairs which I think is normal in Vegas but it of course made me uncomfortable because we have two young children. The front desk and access to rooms are on opposite sides of the building and that made it confusing after checking in.
The rooms are clean and spacious. All of the staff is very friendly. Several restaurants to choose from, a theater, kids zone. I will definitely be staying here again!
Nothing, my stay was excellent!
Easy on and off the freeway. Not on the strip so a little quieter and calm. Decent rooms. Reasonably priced.
I could clearly hear conversations outside the room, in the hallway, that were not directly near my room. Thought it was strange that the front desk was on one side of the casino, and the elevators to the rooms were on the other side.
Staff was very friendly.
No refrigerator no coffee pot. Water in bathroom smelled.
Boulder Station is a local casino. 20 Minutes away from the strip. It's mostly quiet except on weekends. Good for a romantic getaway close to home. Restaurants, movies and bars make it easy to do a lot within the property. It's worth the money.
The room was clean and quiet. The casino had only one set of tables (cards and craps), but they weren't crowded so a seat was always available. The buffet was more than adequate, and the Grand Cafe restaurant (the only other one we ate at) was a good value with good service too.
We loved that it wasn't crowded during our stay even during EDC weekend. It made it easier to enjoy the casino and have a meal at the buffet. The pool was relaxing when we went though it is small. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We would consider staying here again.
Price, quality and contingent (crowd not crazy)
Far from strip
Clean room. Friendly staff
I went through 8 sets of room keys and none of them ever worked, for the duration of my stay. I was not offered compensation beyond a "free buffet". I left before the buffer opened and came back after it closed due to my job.
the location or the amount of smoke when walking through the casino compared to others. Also, the buffet line was almost always too long so we skipped it just about every day.
The casino was cool. A lot of adult fun.
My room smelled. The restroom vent did not work so you couldn't use the restroom without stinking up the whole room. My neighbors where extremely loud. I had to leave early because I felt dirty being there . Also in the Kayak price it doesn't state that you had to pay separate tax once you got there . So on top of the price expect to pay an additional $20
I liked the updated room and it was clean. The buffet was excellent and the shrimp tacos were very good.
I think they need to be more generous and put more than 2 twin pillows on a queen bed. My friends requested more pillows but most of us agreed that the beds were hard to sleep on and we sure needed more pillows.
