Extremely poor customer service
Room is niceContinental breakfast is good
Hair dryer was hanging off the wallToilet did not flush & was not fixed in a timely mannerRoom was not cleaned daily
Customer service rep was friendly and helpful
Outside of hotel looks nicer than it actually is inside ...
Nice and quiet. Easy to get to with lots of parking.
Location and large room, large television
Breakfast buffet was not staffed and therefore food and coffee ran out. The rooms are not quiet. There was hair in the shower. Had to get a double king because of having a pet so the one night stay cost us $20.00 more than we booked for.
Breakfast. Clean. Upgrade to king bed as I asked for room on lower level.
Was asked next time to call days inn directly to book
The convenient location and the size of the room.
The staff were very nice.
Billboard outside says free coffee we'll maybe in the morning any other time the coffee pots were empty. Free wi-fi is a negative I guess they turn it off and on when they feel it is okay for you to use it. Booked a room with fride and micro didn't get it
Very nice, clean Motel. Good views, modern Motel. Good internet services, modern t v's, very helpful employees.
It was a great place to stay. Liked that it had wi-fi and a nice lobby area for breakfast! My only complaint was that we had a hard time finding it and we went to the wrong hotel at first. But there was an awesome Mexican Restaurant down the road and around the corner--and for the life of me I can't remember it's name!
Even though there is a 'pets allowed' symbol on this hotel, they would not accept our cat Bea traveling with us. When we arrived, we were very rudely told that 'pet' applied to dogs only. So we found ourselves scrambling to find another hotel after a 10 hour day of driving.
Stayed 2 nights. Not a luxery hotel, but very nice accomodations. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Up to date and clean rooms.
The room was clean & the help was friendly&courteous. the bed as hard, TP was cheap and rough, the continental breakfast was poor.Small white bagels , wheat bread, old cream cheese, apples, warm coffee . We wont stay there again.
