Long Term Parking

Long-term parking is available at both the North Terminal and the South Terminal. Courtlands Car Park is the most popular option at the South Terminal as it is open year round. Passengers take shuttles from the parking area to their terminal. Courtlands Car Park offers valet parking, 24/7 security, and has some of the best long-term rates in the airport. One week at Courtlands Car Park costs £48.90 ($97.80). Those parking in the North Terminal will find Long Stay Gatwick North to be reasonable at £45.40 ($90.80) per week. Long Stay Gatwick North offers free shuttle service to the terminal; the ride takes under ten minutes. This garage also has 24/7 security.

Discount Airport Parking

From time to time, the parking garages at Gatwick Airport offer SuperSaver rates. It is important for tourists to pay close attention to the minimum stay periods for these garages in order to receive the discounts. Gatwick's Holiday Parking offers discounted rates, but they require a minimum stay of five days. Most garages require that reservations for the SuperSaver rates be made at least two days in advance.

Handicapped Parking

Disabled passengers will find handicapped parking spots in each of the parking garages. Shuttles are equipped with wheelchair lifts. It is important to have a blue badge (handicapped badge) visible in the window when parking. If a passenger must take the badge with them on their travels, they must head to the garage staff and explain the situation. Multi-level garages (NCP and Park Plus Gatwick) do have a height restriction of six feet, six inches or eight feet respectively, so those with taller vans or trucks will need to park in open, one-level lots (Courtlands, Long Stay Gatwick South, and Summer Special Parking.)

Airport Hotel Parking

The Hilton London Gatwick is attached to the South Terminal and offers special parking pages to guests who spend one night in the hotel either before or after their flight. Rates include up to nine days of free parking and free transfers to the North Terminal, if necessary.
