Good leisure facilities and staff were friendly and helpful.
Booking system from 3rd party website was poor - my name was not properly passed to the hotel and so they couldn't find my booking. The iron in my room was broken (fell apart when picked up). When I reported this, it took over half an hour for a replacement to arrive. Taps in the bath/shower also had the temperature/ pressure buttons missing.
I booked this hotel for my sister and her family for her birthday they waited in reception for over three hours becase of a mess up with bookings. My sister phoned me up in tears because the hotel weren'nt going to book her in, and she didn't take her credit cards with her. I tried to pay using my card and was refused, my sister had to pay using her spending money.
Well appointed guest rooms with good facilities.The location is very convenient from all points of view.
The check-in process was the most unwelcome I came across in many years' of hotel stay including at The Marriotts in many locations.We were made to wait in a very hostile manner at the check-in whereas many other guests coming in after us,found their ready rooms. I am willing to wait till the actual check-in time but not discrimination as I and my family experienced. Is it because of less importance for booking through internet?
Apart frm the well behaved staff, what loved most was the well equiped gym, the indoor pool; my little daughter had somuch fun. In general, it was cool place.
The first room i stay was very small; I didn't really have the opportunity to use the executive lounge because I had my little daughter with me and the hotel was abit far from my major points of visit.
There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night nobody slept well
