Location and staff very good.
Wifi was unreliable for business. Very bad
We were welcomed from the beginning, we spent 4 days there and it was ideal for touring London. The staff was very helpful, especially Ryan and Vitail.
Every thing was fine
they were able to hold our bags for us for 6 days while we traveled around Europe and then we came for back a final night there before heading out from Heathrow airport.
We had booked 2 beds as we were 2 friends traveling together, upon check in, we were informed that there were only rooms with 1 bed available and that out reservation was just a "request" and not a guarantee. It was a king bed so we made it work. The rooms were tiny and stuffy. The A/C didn't work, and with the window open it was very noisy. They did bring up a fan for us and that helped.
Excellent location and very good buffet breakfast.
The staff were polite and well turned out and the hotel looked great from the inside.
Got the felling it was tips, tips tips. The food was not great, looked great but not nice.
Very comfortable. Services and staff excellent
Poor Tariff explanation. Also I specifically requested Non Smoking but on arrival was initially advised no such facility was available. The room was then upgraded to non smoking double- which was fine
cleanliness, location, main resturant and modern furniture
room was not ready at arrival in the morning despite previous message and booking the night before. However, management was helpfull and did not charge for that earlier night
The room was beautiful, and it was only a very short walk away from a tube station, which is very useful for a non local.
It was disgusting that smoking was allowed in the reception and lobby area, it gave off a very poor first impression.
The room, the staff
The abortionate fraca with the breakfast. No one in their right mind has a four piece toaster that guests have to use themselves. How ridiculous
