Food was excellent. Great location near the airport
When attempting to return to my room late at night, the doors and turns got a little confusing.
Easy to access to and from Heathrow. Rooms are sound proof so you don't hear the planes all night. The staff are very helpful and polite.
This is a very good upscale hotel close to Heathrow, it's a perfect stop for travellers using the airport. Accommodations and staff are both first rate, staff were particularly helpful. I appreciated the USB outlets for my computer and phone.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke that was coming through the air conditioning system.
Excellent room, location and food
Unable to checkin until 3pm and unhelpful communication on when checkin would be possible.
Facilities were adequate and perfect for a one-night airport stay over. Very helpful staff.
No conversion plugs in bathroom or near mirror. Hair dryer with constant push button was a pain.
Staff was good and helpful but they did not pay attention to who was next in line. We were waiting well before a customer who did not wait their turn.
There was a lot of fan noise in the room and it made it difficult to sleep when I woke up in the middle of the night. We also had issues getting the free shuttle and when asked on getting back to the airport we were first told about the shuttle that cost 4 pounds 50 when by simply crossing the street we were able to get a free shuttle back to the airport. Since the hotels no longer run free shuttles they should provide their customers with clear instructions on how to get the shuttles from various terminals and the costs.
The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the Trunk Restaurant was fantastic. The room was in perfect shape. This was the best hotel we stayed in during several trips to England.
There just weren't any flaws of any kind.
Staff and facilities were top notch
There was no gym, fitness facilities, or swimming pool, though there was a spa on site.
Very conveniently located.
The room did not appear to be put together. The sofa cushions were not on the sofa and there was a shortage of towels.
Excellent value for money
restaurant closed on Sunday, also shops closed on Sunday even for essential
