Clean and spacious
Clean. Location good for us. Staff very nice. Room was updated. Price was right.
No ice, though had a full size fridge so we were given an ice cube tray. Breakfast was granola bars Apple orange packaged muffin or instant oatmeal (no milk).
For the price it was ok. Not great but not terrible either.
It wasn't nasty dirty but it wasn't the cleanest either, you can tell that housekeeping rushes and doesn't pay attention to details.
Smell bad smoky room 1 star at best
Our drain stopper broke in the bathroom the first night. Found a bug drowned in the sink the second night. Customer service was terrible. Couldn't even dial the office from the room without looking up the ph# on your own. No chanel guide for the tv.
The staff & the stay.
Nice spacious rooms
Pool broken abd very bad breakfast selection
The thermostat had a preset temp that you couldn't go lower than 67 degrees. There weren't washcloths, it's hard washing with had towels.
This should not be a 2 star hotel. it should be listed as a 1 or 1 1/2. There was a fire in the middle of the night. The general manager did not even show up. Would not issue a refund. Hotel reeked of smoke. Horrible experience for our whole family!!!
Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave
No hairdryer or coffeemaker
King size bed!
Although its a 2 star hotel I received 5 star treatment. No matter what issue occurred the staff quickly resolved it. The staff was very friendly, helpful and willing to make my stay excellent. I LOVE THIS HOTEL they ROCK.
Nothing everything was great
I travel for business very heavily almost every other week each month and I have stayed here 75% of the time. The Staff is great, the area isn't to bad but if you to do something you have to drive a little ways to J-Town they call it.
The rooms have been up and down. None of the rooms were so bad you had to ask for a new room or anything of the sort. Some rooms were just more updated than others. You can not complain when the rates are good and you can cook in your room to eat healthy.
Staff that did anything we needed them to do and went above and beyond when we weren't satisfied with the cleanliness of our room.
Size of room was smaller than I expected from picture.
Room was clean, quiet, comfortable
The breakfast was a joke.
Friendliest staff I have ever had at any hotel! Everyone was super nice and friendly!!
Some items had to be requested from the front desk, like a hair dryer, and some drinking glasses.
Fantastic service, very clean, great deal!
I liked my room.
Morning breakfast was not heathy.Only a small selection of SAMs Club muffins
Had to move to another room due to the fact that the first one was clean and neat but had a spoiled smell to it. Possibly wet carpet or something hidden. No problems with the change, matter of fact upgraded
Spacious room. Comfortable bed
Smelled of smoke. Far from downtown Louisville.
The first keys I was issued looked like someone still lived there. The prior guest had checked out but apparently the room had never been made. This is an unfortunate and common problem with Extended Stay America.
The hotel was modern-looking. The room had a full kitchen (full-sized refrigerator, stove, etc.), and a couch area.
The room could have been cleaner. The closet did not have a door on it, but had hinges. Bed was not that comfortable.
Desk clerk inexperianced. The continental breakfast was inadequate. Didn't have the proper towels, had to ask for a coffee pot.
I was able to get to it easier. Convenient to my work.
Was a bit noisy at night.
Guy at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Made me feel welcome, and was helpful.
Room smelled like cigarrettes. Bed and pillows weren't comfortable.
The room was nice and spacious
The 'free' breakfast was not what I expected. I figured possibly a waffle maker, some bread and a toaster and orange juice...but it was only muffins, cereal bar and coffee
no shampoo, hairdryer etc things you'd expect in a hotel room
The location of this hotel couldn't be in a better place, close to the interstate and places to eat, shopping etc. There are a lot of things around to do in this part of town, which is the reason i decided to book this hotel in the first place.
The inside of the hotel and the room were very dated, the pictures shown on the website don't look like they were taken at this hotel, the only thing similar are the bed spread. It was very dirty and there wasn't even a door on the closet.
the breakfast at this hotel is extremely, extremely basic. definitely not a 'hot breakfast' or buffet.
There was a vacancy.
There were no sheets for the sofa bed. The room was a little stuffy, yet the desk clerk forewarned me. It looked old and needs updating. Not worth---/night
Filthy, filthy place. Pulled out a chair to sit, and it was covered with dirt and crumbs. Shower/tub was disgusting. Hair and filth all over it. I felt like I was at a work camp of some sort. I was glad to leave.
See above... typed in wrong place..... was overanxious to tell you how bad it was.
Treated like a second class citizen because booked through Priceline. Did not stay because of it. Staff very rude.
The room was larger than expected and they allowed pets.
The place was dirty. The breakfast was a joke.
near where I expected to stay. Liked the suite (kitchen) aspect.
seemed worn out and in need of an update.
Staff was friendly; room was ready on time; room was clean; location of hotel seemed safe; parking was convinient.
Yes. When I chose this hotel from priceline's express deal's, I chose the unpublished hotel that was supposed to have free breakfast. It didn't have any free breakfast.
The room was dirty. Have stayed at this HOtel before, but was very disappointed this time. I see that it has changed names maybe new owners need better help to help clean rooms and make sure the linens and towels are CLEAN. NO ICE MACHINE!!?? Fix dryers
Staff was not trained and did not no how to do those job told me that my card was declined in front of three other customers when It clearly wasn't I showed her the confirmation and she didn't care also showed her where it went through on my bank app
The hotel had great location and the staff was friendly, but the hotel itself was filthy. The stench in the stairwells and filth in those areas was deplorable. Not quite up to par. The coffee cups in the room had some kind of gel stuck to the bottom.
I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of this hotel and dishes. It would not be considered a 1-star by my standards. There was different counts of the dishes, etc., in the cabinets.
It had a kitchen, and seemed clean. There were no nasty hairs in the bed and the sheets were white. The shower had a few hairs in the drain, but only a few.
The front desk told me when I asked for a non-smoking room that the room Priceline booked is what I was stuck with. Funny, the booking instructions from Priceline said the opposite.
Traveling VA to KS so we wanted a place close to the interstate. hotel was pretty close so that was a pro. Also did not ask me for a credit card for incidentals probably because there was nothing like on demand tv to buy &was stuck in smoking room
Smelled like smoke and animals in the hallways. Went to my room and smelled like smoke. Asked to be move to another room and they would not. Said Priceline customers are always asking to change but they are not allowed. Hair dryer blew wall breaker.
Called hotel and requested a cot and was told that they would have one for us. Once we arrived the manager said that since it was a third party reservation there were none available now for us to use.
