The location was great for visiting Liberty University, very convenient.
The room had a strange smell about it.
It was SO conveniently located and very easy to get in and out of.
The entrance was of the actual lobby is VERY small.
It was right by Liberty University
The room was not as nice as they normally areGreat staff
Very clean, nicely furnished, pleasant helpful staff, quiet, convenient to shopping, restaurants and Liberty University.
I stayed at an extended Stay a few years ago and Hated it so when I got booked there (a different one)I was very concerned. Should not have been. This place was awesome for the money. Room was great, staff was great...great experience.
Available. Provided clean basic room accommodations. Liked the kitchen area even though I did not use this trip.
Noticed that tbe middle of the floor was vacumned but not edge or close to the walls. Viewed several deceased creatures.Fine
Close to the function I was in town to attend
I didn't feel the rooms were as clean as I am use to and the bedding didn't look as cleanUpon arrival I was taken back somewhat when I was given an occupied smelly room. I went back to the front desk and was given a different room on the 1st floor. For the price I was not happy with the accommodations. The staff was good and I especially appreciated the morning staff I met upon my leaving. They demeanor and attitude was very processional and friendly.
The breakfast was very slim. Not even up to a continental breakfast.
The location - it is walking distance to almost all of Liberty University (as long as you do not mind walking up hills)
The elevator broke down while we were there so we had to use the stairs. The bed was like a rock. And there is no housekeeping without a fee (that should be disclosed on Priceline when making bids!!!!)On a rating of 1-10 I would give a 5. Mainly because of location and front desk staff, who are wonderful, otherwise it would get a 3. The 'breakfast' was apples and packaged muffins and coffee. NOT a breakfast. Priceline should NOT advertise this as having a breakfast! The elevator broke while we were there, making us have to use the stairs. There is no pool or fitness area. The kitchenette was basic, but adequate for our needs. The wifi worked well. The bed was horrendous - We ended up going to Walmart and buying a bed pad and it was still so uncomfortable that I still have a back-ache, 6 days later. We ended up checking...
