Room was stylish and comfortable. Service was smart.
Hotel is great!!! staff is friendly and polite, in professional manners!! Room is good, roomy, tidy and clean, bed is excellent comfortable, which is the best i ever have. We didnt make reservation for buffet, but the staff still manage to arrange us a table for 10. If Wifi is free, then will make this hotel 100% mark.
Everything! What you see is what you get.
the check in time
the staff was wonderful. breakfast was great. the hotel is new and very modern, clean, and enjoyable
New hotel with luxurious extras in riverside location in easy walk to Macau historic area. Bathroom was amazing.
Taxi drivers still learning where the hotel is which made transport a little difficult.
The rooms are the best feature of this hotel - modern and elegant. The location is okay - fairly close to the main parts of town for the tourist, but the immediate vicinity looks a bit run down. That said, it is a safe area. The lobby area is very smoky, from the adjoining casino. The shuttle bus to the ferry terminal is good, though it is a pity it does not go to the airport too. We had a good night's sleep in the hotel - it was very quiet and comfortable.
Smoky lobby, lack of shuttle bus to/from airport, shabby area around the hotel
the luxury and space of this 5/6 star hotel
internet charges are far too high
It was our honeymoon. We were well looked after.
Very nice hotel, the room is spacious and very comfortable. They provide shuttle to Venetian Hotel for free.
The hotel is a bit far from the city, it's hard to find food around. Casino is very small.
great room and facilities, everything was new
