We stayed at Drury Inn for one night while visiting Atlanta. We were very pleased with the hotel and the staff. They were very nice and helpful. The kids loved the free popcorn and soda that they offered until 10pm. The grown ups loved the free dinner and breakfast for all of us! You can't beat it! We will definitely return next month on our next trip!
Was surprised that we weren't aware ahead of time that they were doing major renovation. Rooms were spacious with free WiFi. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Had six pillows without even asking. Nice complimentary breakfast. Very reasonable rates.
Would stay again, based upon cleanliness, friendliness, and perks. Even though the hotel was under renovation, the entire hotel was kept exceptionally clean. The complimentary breakfast and 5:30 kickback were big hits with my kids. My only wish was for firmer mattresses.
I had to travel alone to attend a class for two days. I felt very safe at this motel and was made to feel safe and at ease the entire stay. All of the staff I encountered were very pleasant. With the breakfast buffet and the evening food, I did not have to go out looking for food.
This is the place to stay. Can't say enough good about them. Great staff, rooms, snacks, breakfast, drinks, everything. See my review on Tripadvisor, under the same moniker.
My daughter and I recently stayed here and found the entire staff to be very friendly and helpful. The pool was indoor/outdoor and a hot tub, which was relaxing. The entire hotel was very clean. There was good security...had to use room key to enter doors except lobby. There was free internet and free breakfast, as well. We will definitely stay here again.
I travel to the marietta area once a month. I chose the Drury inn because they allow pets, and we usually bring our dog along. The first thing that went wrong was the Air conditioner. In the middle of the night, the air conditioner started making wierd noises. My husband and I both sat up in bed half expecting something to come out of it. The next morning we woke up to take showers only to find there was no hot water. When we checked out i let the clerk know about the problems we had, she said she would let someone know. So much for 100% satisfaction or your room is free.
This was our third stay at a Drury Inn, and they are consistently excellent, with 'extras' given at a 'traditional' price. Every staff member we encountered greeted us, and asked if there was anything they could do for us. We have had this warm hospitality in St. Louis, Indianapolis and Atlanta. It makes a difference! We will look for Drury Inns in other places where we travel.
I have never had a hotel experience like this one. When we arrived the staff was very courteous and kind. Our room was cleaned each and every day. Towels were always on hand. The inside and outside pool area was clean as well. The food that was offered was more catering to the kids but there was a Ruby Tuesday and McDonald's rite next to the hotel. All adults were given a card to get a total of 3 drinks a piece from the bar. You talk about a way to wind down an evening. I would recommend this hotel to the single traveler as well as those that are traveling as a whole. It was a great stay and anytime I travel I will be looking for a Drury Inn Hotel. It was well worth my money.
I felt as if I was at home. The Breakfast was outstanding. The pool was very relaxing.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the NW Marietta location. Since the time we arrived to the minute we left, we felt at home w/ the friendly service and faces. The breakfast was served nice and hot. The first day the juice machine was out of commision, but that was such a minor issue compared to everything from the sausage, waffles, eggs, bagels, fruit, etc. The happy hour each night at 5pm served a different variety of appetizers along w/ free beverages (3 max). Each morning housekeeping stocked us well prepared w/ towels and did a great job cleaning in a timely manner. Thanks Drury Inn. Would recommend this location highly to the next visitor!
The hotel has not been updated in decades. The whole feel of the hotel was very old fashioned without intending to. I prefer to stay in more modern hotels. Not bad service though but not the atmosphere we were looking for.
The lobby and other amenities didn't match with the room quality. The lobby and such was gorgeous but the room was no more than that at a motel 6 or holiday inn. It also seemed the hotel was mostly dedicated to senior citizens. Staff and cleanliness was excellent!
The refrigerator was barely acceptable which was a neccesity for my medication. I had cook packs that facilitated in keeping my meds at the desired temp. If I had not had them, the refrigerator would have been insufficient. The plumbing was not good. The bathtub did not drain properly nor the bathroom sink.
Clean, nice to have Fridge and microwave, kids loved pool. Breakfast was marginal.
This hotel was a big disappointment. The rooms are so dark and dreary. Very 1970-ish. Really needs an upgrade. We were also overcharged for our rooms and then treated rudely about it.
After reading the reviews I had high hopes for this hotel but found it very disappointing. The beds were so uncomfortable and it took forever to check in and out only to find when we got home that we were overcharged by hundreds of dollars to our credit card. We would not recommend this hotel.
