The hotel was in shambles. The toliet was broken. The towel rack fell off the wall. The Carpet was FILTHY. You could see the springs in the bed (popping out almost). The curtains had a hole in it. You got either two settings ont he A/C unit (Artic cold or Hot as Hell) I didnt get turn down service and had to call for them to leave and bring towels in the room (which were NOT there when we checked in and couldnt get til the next day). The hotel refused to change our room and travel website refused to do anything about finding us another room. I blame the violence on the neighborhood (4am doors being kicked in underneath our room both nights we were there overnight) The day manager was very nice and tried to help as much as he could but it was a lost cause cause all i needed was out of my room or a switch of rooms which he wouldnt provide.
This was by far the best hotel for the price I paid. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and helpful.I would most deffinitely stay at this motel again.
This motel is old but well maintained. We had a very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly.Very nice breakfast had milk, cereals, coffee, tea, juices & pastries.Very convinient to airport and close to Graceland. This motel has high speed wireless internet and had over 70 channels on TV.Motel has airport shuttle too.I recently stayed here and would strongly reccomond.
I stayed one night. It was not clean. There was a leak in the bathroom right on top of the bathtub. So, I didn't take a shower in the morning. The breakfast was cereal, Milk, coffee. and some orange drink (not real juice). If money is an issue for you and you have to stay for a short while, this might be OK.
This motel is very well maintained and was very convinient and close to airport.Hotel staff was very polite and accomodating.Room was clean and had comfortable beds and overall price I paid was very resonable.Motel has airport shuttle which was very convinient .I would recomond this place.
it really did smell. there where bugs flying around the room. we had to buy all kind of stuff. for the smell and bug. what a joe
beds terrible Not convenient to airport not a safe place no food or markets in vacinity
A classic case of deferred maintenence gone amok. Bed poor, inconvenient for airport travel, no food or stores close. Stay home befor you stay here
This hotel is in the middle of the worst crime-ridden neighborhood in Memphis. The bed was as old as my grandmother and the mattress wobbled like a trampoline. I honestly felt afraid for my safety here, especially after dark. We booked for three nights but only stayed one. Do NOT stay here unless it's a last resort.
The wind must have shifted after we checked in.. Airplane takeoffs became noticable after 10pm,,, very very noisy.
This has to be the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The carpet needs to be changed. The furniture is old and very scratched. The dresser has handles missing and hanging off of the drawers. The shower curtain was mildewed. The room needs to be painted and the beds are terrible.
I was disappointed in the things in the room. No clock, no dryer, no fridge, no microwave, no kleenex. It was fairly clean and I guess we got what we paid for, but I felt there were small things that would have made it homier. Also, the towels and wash cloths were paper thin.
Lots of bedbugs, broken shower/tub, gross gross gross. Don't stay here, it's dirty and the service is exceptionally bad. I'm in the middle of a complaint with the BBB trying to get a refund. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!
