The location for a cook convention center graduation was perfect. There was ample room in the lobby for family and friends to meet and talk. The staff was very helpful and the area was safe.
Parking can expensive over a weekend stay. There is ample street parking adjacent to the hotel, but it also puts car at risk of theft. This location also requires you to drive to almost all attractions in the city not in the cook convention center.
It was a very pretty hotel in the lobby, pool, and gym area.
The staff was not friendly, the bathrooms were dirty, and the comforter was stained. When I talked to the staff about it they were very rude.
Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.
Only 2 elevators worked; felt the price was a bit much for what was offered, considering the hotel charges extra for breakfast and for parking.
The location was excellent
For the price I paid for a a club king room, I expected more. I have been in hampton inns who can compete with the room I stayed in. If they lower the price I wouldnt have had anything to complain about but for the prie I paid a night, it is not worth it
Nice clean, spacious room. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Good location.
No microwave, even on the floor.
Great location and access to the trolley for transportation to entertainment.
At the time of our stay, the hotel was undergoing a renovation, which was a bit inconvenient, but the staff made up for it.
