Car Rental

Car rental companies available in Benito Juarez International Airport include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Eurocar, Eurodollar, Hertz, Kimcar, and National. There are rental car booths in the airport, and shuttle buses will provide transportation to cars. Bus

The major hotels run shuttle minibuses from and to the airport. There are also regular airport buses to various destinations in and around Mexico City, departing from just outside Gate D.

Subway

The metro is a cheap and efficient method to travel, but often crowded at rush hour. To reach the airport station, marked with an 'M' sign, turn left out of the terminal and walk past the car park. The airport metro station is on line 5. For central Mexico City, change at Pantitlan for line 1 and travel to Insurgentes.

Airport Shuttles

There are many shuttles which run between the local hotels and the airport. These are the best method to get to and from the airport. Of course this is only ideal for travelers staying over at one of the airport hotels.

Limousine Services

Benito Juarez International Airport does not offer limousine services. However, limousine companies can be hired to provide transportation to and from the airport.

Taxi Services

Pre-paid taxi tickets are available from Taxi Autorizado in the Transportacion Terrestre (Ground Transportation) booth in baggage reclaim. Travelers are strongly advised to take an authorized (white and mustard with an aeroplane logo), pre-paid taxi, and always lock taxi doors when inside.
