Pros:Location, nice room.
Cons:Staff always seemed to be frustrated. Music was ALWAYS blaring and NEVER stopped. Staff at restaurant are relentless and constantly harass you to sit down for food or happy hour (even at 8am). Maybe have a separate enterance for guests of the hotel?
Pros:Loved that it was right on Ocean Drive across from the beach. It was pretty hard to find. The signage was not good. It's behind some restaurants and not much of a lobby. The room was great. The bathroom was nice and clean but had really poor lighting. The floor was hardwood and pretty dirty though. Bring slippers because if you walk on the floor your feet will be black with dirt. Overall it was a quite enjoyable stay and I will stay here again. I hope they sweep/mom the floors next time. :)

Pros:It was right on ocean drive so the location was great
Cons:Booked a "double room superior" only to get there and be told that none of their rooms had double beds....then why do you have an option called "double room superior"? Had to pay a "resort fee" - this place is NOT a resort. And they were out of beach towels one of the times we wanted to go to the beach. The toilet was not working properly in our room. The maintenance people came up 4 times and told us that "it's working now" only to find out every single time afterwards that it still wasn't working. Then we asked to switch rooms. The front desk guy wasn't easy to deal with, saying that maintenance said the toilet was working fine now. I asked him to come look at the toilet in order to prove that it wasn't working. We go up, throw in clean tissue paper and he flushes the toilet 3 times and the tissue residue was still left over, which he could see and admitted to seeing. However, he then says, "well the toilet is still flushing...". Needless to say how annoyed I was and also how absolutely unsanitary that is not to have a properly flushing/functioning toilet. He begrudgingly gave us another room but that should have happened the instant that the toilet didn't flush properly the first time around.
Pros:The hotel is in an awesome location on Ocean Drive, rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. Both reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful Engagement weekend.
Cons:With the hotel set back from Ocean Drive, it was slightly difficult to find initally as signage wasn't clear. It was frustrating to walk through the kerbside restaurant to get to the entrance as we were harassed to take a table, however we are aware this is not the fault of the hotel.
