Really clean hotel I like it a lot
Greeted with two glasses of champagne, breathtaking views of Biscayne bay and downtown Miami, super nice beds, flat screen tv, a great restaurant in the l
The location was great! We came to go to an event at the American Airlines Arena. It was within walking distance. It was really nice and upscale. The staffing was friendly and courteous.
I didn't like how difficult it was to get my car parked. They stay on a one way road right in front of Bayside. We had to drive around for almost 30 minutes before we could get a spot before someone could take our car to the garage.
Staff was always friendly and supportive I liked the location, since I could reach everything I needed by foot.
Air conditioning was very loud Tiny room and bathroom with NO storage. A closet with hangers, but the room had no drawers or shelves to anything that di not go on a hanger. I had a 3x3 window looking at a wall four feet away. NO natural light, combined with the small room made it feel like a dungeon. The sparse room lighting did not help.
Great location in relation to the cruisecport. Excellent value for its downtown miami location.
Bathrooms are small
They offered a rate under the government per diem. Staff was very helpful and friendly to me. Convenient breakfast buffet. Very close to the Metromover. They held the room I paid for until I arrived, even though it was around 9:00 pm.
Tiny bathroom. Noisy ice-maker near my room. WiFi didn't work as well as I hoped. Air conditioning was loud, but effective. The name change from B2 to YVE made it difficult to find.
The hotel looked nice and I would have loved to spend the night but never made it past front lobby. Kayak screwed up BIG TIME. I walked in knowing that my credit card had already been charged to find I did not have a reservation and no place to stay. An hour and a half on the phone they found us a room at the Doubel Tree far from where we wanted to be. Boom directly with B2 and skip Kayak
I loved the view from the room. I got the corner view stunning and it was stunning. The place was very clean. The staff was pretty nice. It was within walking distance to everything.
There was no place to put my clothes so everything had to stay in the suitcase. It was very basic four walls a desk that had the tv on it not spacious at all. The information booklet they leave in the room about the hotel said that robes were available on request. I requested one and they said they had none. I asked for 2 extra towels they said they would send it right up. Never recieved them. The bed was very uncomfortable very hard. I did like at first that u needed a key to go onto the elevator to get to your room, being that we r in downtown miami. However u don't need a key to go down the elevator. So if u forget ur wallet with the key in it as soon as you get downstairs it's a hassle to get back upstairs. Lastly the deposit was 50 they upgraded my room for 30 so when I checked out the lady said I would be receiving 20 back. When i checked out they gave me 16. I know its only a 4 dollar difference but still. She should have said at that time it would be 30 plus tax for the room upgrade.
Helpful and friendly staff
Borderline neighborhood, EXTREMELY loud air-conditioner
Everything about this hotel made my panties wet.
no room in the lobby due to linens hair on the shower walls valet took 20 to 30 minutes every time had to pull baggage cart up the elevator without help rude assistance at front desk not nearly enough room in elevators for everyone staying at B2 surrounding area was run down and uncomfortable no reasonable free parking or warning about expensive valet costs Overall poor experience
Very modern. Great service. Will visit again
