No hangers in closet. No washcloths. When staff brought these items after we went out for the day they left our room open. Door wasn’t even closed all the way.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the port and local attractions. However, there were widespread complaints about the elevators, with many mentioning frequent breakdowns, long wait times, and only one working elevator for many floors. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and others as unhelpful or rude. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, particularly regarding room maintenance and common areas. Overall, while the location is a strong point, operational and maintenance issues significantly impacted guest experiences.AI-Generated from customer reviews

The location is great ! right in the downtown close to everything The bathroom in this room was beyond small you can use the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time
Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable. The Front Desk was very friendly and helpful
Cons (-) A lot of hallway noise. A lot of doors slamming on the 8th floor.
Pros (+) The bed was supper comfortable The best sleep
Cons (-) The wifi was very poor in our room, very frustrating. I think a mini fridge in the room could be something they should add especially if your stay is more then 3days. The room was great just like the picture on the website but the bathroom I must say was very very small not showing on the website.
Pros (+) Some break fast included for the price.
Cons (-) Air conditioning is turned off too fast. Room 416.
Pros (+) Central located and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and although in the city didn’t hear the noise of the traffic.
Cons (-) That the restaurant closes so early. Checked in late and wasn’t able to get any food. Was alone and did t want to be going around looking for food.
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Very noisy. Walls are paper thin. Elevators are extremely slow and small Would not stay there again !
Pros (+) Room was clean, staff were nice and professional
Cons (-) Bathroom size was small almost like a cruise ship of airplane
